This is just a little video made in response to some prompts from my creative women's circle, RELATE, last year. We were getting honest about stuff, and I needed to ground and center in my body (and get out of my mind!). One way I do that on a regular basis is by earthing... so I thought, welllllll, why not bring the spirit of that simple ritual right onto the pages?
