Walk in Truth, Intuitive re-Purpose, Lost and Found {my IG Weekly Round-up}

Ripped up *lots* of large intuitive paintings today from a long journey of healing and discovery over the last 5 years. Each tear was like a ‘thank you.’ They’re destined for new life in bound journals! It’s ok to let go of old artwork when you’re ready. Even when it was so personal once. It’s ok to not be ready, too. When you are, though, you just know.

October 14:

The lines, colors, textures, patterns and light. The summit views are awesome this time of year, for sure, but there's something about being down in the thick of the changing wooded world that makes my heart swoon.

And there's this too... Palette of my inner skies.

On my walk in the woods yesterday I found so much beauty... And this little journal. It only has a few dozen entries... Some sketches, a margarita recipe, affirmations on love and expansion (I'm in Asheville, after all). It was also lost and found before. The second owner noted this. But the part that made me pause was the longest entry - about a dream the journaler had. It started out with how he met a girl named Hali by the ocean....
