The Spirit that Never Dies {prayer painting}

gentleaj

The spirit that never dies is called the mysterious feminine. Although she becomes the whole universe, her immaculate purity is never lost. Although she assumes countless forms, her true identity remains intact.

The gateway to the mysterious female is called the root of creation.

Listen to her voice, hear it echo through creation. Without fail, she reveals her presence. Without fail, she brings us to our own perfection. Although it is invisible, it endures; it will never end.

~ Tao Te Ching,

The prayer pages above are my response to the December Prayer Art Invitation:: Gentle, Gentle, Gentle.

Somehow, it feels deeply mysterious and feminine to me - to sense that what our world, our hearts, our people, our moments need most is for us to remember to love wholly from fierce gentleness.

This is what endures; it is what nurtures endurance, nourishing honest organics and tending strong wings.

The fierceness with the gentleness - a complementing harmony - where space is lovingly made for what will come through undivided Presence to what Is and what guides us.

Many blessings to you and yours this beautiful Solstice and holiday season.
