Page play with breakfast this morning. It seems I’m always remembering (forgetting) that my days start best this way. In quiet. With color and a cup of tea. In spite of the schedule and to-do lists. Tending my soul must be the first choice, if I’m going to show up centered and present to the body of my life.

Page four. We’ve had these parrot feathers for a long time – gifted to us at ceremony years ago. Occasionally a parrot will show up in my pages, reminding of the healing magic of color, and the beauty in embracing a full Spectrum of new ideas, growth and connection, and that mysterious link between birdkind and humanfolk. Love that a bird of such colorful insight showed up in my journal the same week we are sharing Spectrum 2016 details. 💚 this spread got me through a week with a lot of creative energy that had to land in other places in life.

Omg. Janeane Garofalo. Laughed so much tonite. I am a child of the eighties, shaped by the nineties, for sure.
