Class & Technical Help
What happens after I register/pay?
The answer may vary a bit with the class or program, but it usually works like this...
Once you purchase an online class or product, you will receive an email to download your purchase OR be prompted to create a password for your account (to access a classroom or subscription, for instance). If you are having trouble finding your emails, please check your spam or junk folders - as well as your promotions, social or update tabs if you use a gmail account.
I also recommend putting these two email addresses in your address contacts, so that you do not miss any future class emails or updates: hello@halikarla.com and support@halikarla.com
Trouble watching videos?
Most class videos are hosted on the Vimeo site.
The videos will play best in the most up-to-date version of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox & Internet Explorer. A fast and reliable internet connection offers the most optimal experience.
If you are working with a slower internet, it can take longer for them to upload. Try hitting play, wait for the video to begin, then pause it for 5-10 minutes and hit play again.
If you encounter technical problems with the videos, please GO HERE to search for help specific to your unique set of circumstances and devices.
I lost my class password…
Please note that access to some programs and classes prior to 2024 have ended, as indicated when you registered or in updates that would have been sent to the email you registered with.
If this is a class you believe you still have access to, and your class was on a private site prior to 2024, your class access instructions and password were emailed to you when you registered and with any updates - and you are responsible for keeping this information for future use. Just find that saved email and you will be all set.
If you look and still can’t find that email, please send all of the following info. via my contact form:
- your full name
- the email address you used to pay for the class
- the name of the class you are trying to access and the year you purchased.
Thank you for your patience - I will need to verify your info before replying.

What supplies do you use?
I use an assortment of mixed-media supplies, depending on my mood and what's available - from basic craft supplies to professional paints and brushes.

Do you teach in-person workshops or events?
I have - in the past. This is infrequent now, but I hope to offer more in-person opportunities in the future. Subscribe to my free newsletter to stay up-to-date on offerings, online and in-person.
Do you still offer birth chart readings?
Yes! I offer them from time to time, as my schedule allows, to my patrons, current students and mailing list subscribers first.
Will you be part of my interview series, free offering, or teach in my collaborative workshop, etc?
