General Qs

What supplies do you use?

I use an assortment, depending on my mood.

CLICK HERE to see some I’ve enjoyed – plus, some other studio equipment, tools and books I’ve used as well.

Do you teach in-person workshops or events?

I have – in the past.

I plan to offer more moving forward, beginning in 2018.

The best way to be updated about future in-person workshops, classes and retreats is to join my mailing list.

Do you offer birth chart readings?

Yes! However, right now I am offering readings to participants in IN THE STARS first, and there is a waiting list.

As spots become available, I will offer them to my mailing list subscribers next.

Class & Technical Qs

What happens after I register/pay?

The answer depends on the class…

If it is an instant access class or instant download, then you should have received both a receipt from Paypal and a confirmation email, with access instructions, sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account or payment method. This can sometimes take a few minutes.

If you are having trouble finding it, please check your spam and junk folders – as well as your promotions, social or update tabs if you use a gmail account.

It can be helpful to search for an email from support(at)halikarla.com or hali(at)halikarla.com . I also recommend putting these two addresses in your address contacts, so that you do not miss a future class email or update.

For ongoing classes, the confirmation email will also have a link where you can update your email preferences for receiving class content – in case you want to check that.

I order to receive future class emails, it’s important you find & open that first one if you can – but please do let me know if you can’t find it.

If class has not begun yet,
then you will receive a confirmation receipt for your payment, as well as an email from Hali Karla Arts asking you to register and confirm a subscription to the class mailing list.

After that, class emails will arrive beginning on the scheduled start date.
